Cancelation Policy

Cancellations for massage appointments with less than 48 hours notice are charged the full appointment reservation amount If missed treatment was part of a prepaid package, that session is forfeited. If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, please call 708-646-4129 so that if bookings permit, we can get you in later that same week with no late-cancel fee. Otherwise, your reschedule will be treated as a late-cancel as described above. DO NOT text, or email as there is no guarantee I will get it in time to get you in that same week. If I do not answer it is because I am in massages or other appointments. All voicemails will be answered within 24 hours. Payment (cash, credit cards or personal checks) is due at time of appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
